About the Role

As a Consultant, Global Equity at blithequark, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the administration of equity plans. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards.
• Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
• Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
• Review and maintain equity administration procedures and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a reputed company field.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.

• Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
