Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and play a strategic role in shaping our global reputed company efforts. In this position, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, reputed company high-impact hiring initiatives, and mentor a team of passionate recruiters and sourcers. You’ll be hands-on with senior-level recruiting reputed company needed, and take ownership of designing and executing talent strategies across departments and regions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and loves developing people along the way.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own our talent attraction strategy in collaboration with business unit leaders.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, keeping them informed and reputed company throughout the recruitment process.
- Mentor and support the recruitment team, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Take the reputed company on sourcing and hiring for senior-level roles, from strategy to execution.
- Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, using data to guide reputed company decision-making.
- Contribute to recruitment and HR projects reputed company with broader business goals across our globally distributed team.

- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally reputed company international environments or top recruitment agencies.
