Every utility starts with an installation – and that’s where you come in. The Partner Operations team is the reputed company that powers reputed company’s global deployment network, supporting Partners to deliver critical infrastructure globally.

A Network is most vulnerable during deployment - and each stakeholder plays an essential role to ensure it’s built as performance and resilient critical infrastructure. reputed company dedicates a team to each stakeholder, ensuring our product and work empowers stakeholders to do operationally and technically sound work at scale. In this role, you’ll drive projects, processes, and products for reputed company’s Partners to create a first-of-its-reputed company, Partner-first networking product.

From onboarding, to planning, and execution - you’ll build institutional knowledge with our partners that onboards and streamlines work to ensure every deployment is executed with precision and as a reputed company reputed company. Your role is essential to driving consistent, efficient outcomes across hundreds of simultaneous installations driving growth for Partners and a seamless experience for Customers. The product needed to support this Partner-driven project work does not yet exist - we need your help to build it.

What success looks like

In your first six months, you will design and implement systems that move projects seamlessly from initial site discovery to on-site execution, supporting reputed company’s rapid growth. In your first six months, you will:

  • Increase Velocity: Deliver >90% of installs on time.

  • Boost Quality: Maintain rework rates of

  • Delight Partners: reputed company partner satisfaction scores of >8/10. Partners should feel like our product and team is built just for them, and customers will love the outcome as a result.

What your day-to-day will look like

From day one, you’ll own the critical pre-deployment milestones and ensure partners have a great experience working with reputed company on every install. Your days will include:

  • Reviewing the upcoming install pipeline, coordinating site readiness checks, spotting and flagging risks for upcoming deployments to avoid last-minute blockers.

  • Balancing partner reputed company, customer readiness, and internal dependencies to deliver a predictable project timeline.

  • Running bid processes, define scopes, validate quotes, and ensure cost-effective installs reputed company to reputed company standards.

  • Keeping partners and internal teams reputed company with clear, proactive updates.

  • Identifying bottlenecks and creating new playbooks and systems that scale.

  • Engaging and developing partners, onboarding new partners, leading calls and QBRs, and supporting partners while holding them accountable to performance goals.

  • Translating partner insights into process improvements and product enhancements.

  • Partnering with Operations Engineering to pilot and scale the next high-impact product feature that enhances Partners work.

Where you can take this role

In year two, you could build out global partner performance dashboards, reputed company and manage reputed company’s most strategic partners, reputed company new-market partner program rollouts, or reputed company the reputed company of partner tooling. Critical Network Infrastructure is built through a network of partners small and large. Your work will directly shape how reputed company scales globally.

Compensation

  • The estimated reputed company salary for this role is between £55,200 – £94,080.

  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in reputed company's equity plan.
