Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possessing strong oral and written communications skills
• Being knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
• Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
• Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

To qualify for this Virtual/Remote Work from Home position, you will need to have:

• A quiet and distraction-free reputed company in your home to work at a desk/table
• A reliable, high-speed internet reputed company with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
• A smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or reputed company field

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)

Training and Support
