Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging team at blithequark. As a key member of our QA Virtual Testing team, you will reputed company and implement simulations and Hardware-In-the-reputed company (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, ensuring that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers, to ensure that new solutions meet their requirements and deliver robust products that effectively integrate into the reputed company Fulfillment network.
Key Responsibilities
* Develops, implements, simulations, and HIL to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software
- Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
- Coordinates simulations and testing processes
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly reputed company problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
- Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (BS)
- 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
- Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and reputed company automation equipment
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reputed company automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
