As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing updates
- Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation
- Coordinating refuel and revitalize services
- Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
- Operating reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models
- Operating jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning reputed company
- Making boarding and flight reputed company announcements
- Conveying domestic/international flight records
- Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out systems
- Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
- Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
- Performing customer service hands-on training
- Processing and completing reputed company-reputed company transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Helping reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth items handling at ticket counters
- Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and initiating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
- Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and project worker/ground handling arrangements or agreements
- Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any mandatory overtime requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual language skills in certain areas
- A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
