Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, demonstrating a public-service oriented approach and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities.

• Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

* Remote setting with flexible scheduling between the hours of Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm EST and Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm EST.
