Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company.   • Update customer and account information as needed, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college attendance/degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, with knowledge of health insurance policy and terminology.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience using multiple computer applications and database systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact well with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and available for occasional overtime as needed.
