Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will work from home and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a short and intense "season".
• Proficient in using the telephone for customer contact.
• Ability to stay positive under stressful conditions.
• Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field.
