About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Team reputed company the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with various responsibilities, including:
  • Obtaining fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
  • Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
  • Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and team members regularly
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and reputed company for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC)
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company and Access
• Experience with database management and data analysis

• Advanced Access skills
