Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Retail Customer Service Associate to join reputed company at Blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert solutions, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure their complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions
• reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
• Take reputed company customer orders using our order systems and provide accurate pricing information
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent education required

Experience

• 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a reputed company field

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to reputed company work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
