Responsibilities

As a Distribution Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a reputed company, courteous, and effective manner, ensuring that reputed company issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Process and input customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reputed company transactions.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including damage records, back-order logs, and paperwork associated with orders.
• Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Procedure Manual: Maintain a reputed company and accurate procedure manual, detailing the processing requirements for each account.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications, and basic typing skills.
