Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Overnight Shift, you will be part of our inbound call center team, working from home in Illinois to support our specialty patients. You will handle a high volume of calls, responding to patients' inquiries about prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. Your exceptional communication skills, reputed company, and passion for helping others will ensure that patients receive the support they need to manage their health effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone, providing timely and accurate information about prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.
• Utilize strong computer skills to access and manage patient information, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of patient concerns.

• 6 months of experience working in a call center environment, handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
