About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company full stack software engineer to join our Information Frameworks team at Blithequark. As a part-time remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge data entry and information frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain large-scale distributed systems and applications for data entry and information frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and TPMs across teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and work on scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems.
• Contribute to the development of our open-reputed company projects and share our experiences with the open-reputed company community.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Focus Areas in Information Frameworks

Database Access Platform

The Database Access Platform team builds and operates a flexible query gateway that enables data abstractions to work at sub-millisecond latencies. This team is responsible for empowering Blithequark microservices to fulfill their growing and evolving data needs.

Information Platform Infrastructure

The Information Platform Infrastructure team provides a platform for our own information platforms. Our shared infrastructure and tooling reputed company Blithequark to rapidly improve on providing cutting-edge data and analytics systems to the rest of the organization.

Data Development and Processing

The Data Development and Processing team offers a self-service cleared way product to reputed company varied client personas across Blithequark to meet their low-latency data development and processing needs.

Big Data Compute

The Big Data Compute team is responsible for providing the cloud-native platform for distributed data processing at Blithequark. This team is critical to batch data processing in Information Stage and offers support for reputed company, ETL data into Petabytes-scale data warehouse, and access to that data using reputed company and Voila/TrinoDB.

Big Data Platform

The Big Data Platform team offers the platform for planning, organizing, and executing large data jobs and workflows in a self-serve way. These platforms include essential services that have reputed company ETL and ML jobs running on Big Data Frameworks at Blithequark.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems or applications.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful web services.
• Experience in building and working on scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Comfortable with multi-threading and troubleshooting reputed company technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with open-reputed company projects and contributing to the open-reputed company community.
• Knowledge of Python, reputed company, Presto/Trino, Druid, and Iceberg.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and distributed data processing.
