What You’ll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the spark that brightens our customers’ days. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and recommending upgrades to their health plans. A Typical Day in This Role

• Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers’ health plans
• Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
