Key Responsibilities

• Plan and reputed company high-quality content for versatility, reliability, and performance on our Splunk platform.
• Troubleshoot reputed company Splunk issues using your expertise in advanced searching and dashboarding.
• Implement integrations with external applications and frameworks as needed.
• Promote and educate our customer community on Splunk search, alert, and dashboard best practices.
• Provide daily operational and community support.

• Create and manage data objects, such as fields, extractions, tags, event types, queries, workflow actions, aliases, and macros.
• Arrange list-based reports and data model acceleration.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches.
• Programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or others.
• Knowledge of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure.
• Understanding of regular expressions.
• Experience with data analysis and Splunk products.
• Familiarity with Dashboard Studio, Ansible, and Git.
• Web architecture knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be a plus:

• Experience working with application teams to drive innovative solutions for corporate data collection to enterprise logging platforms.
• Knowledge of automation, scripting, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise.
• Experience with creating, testing, and deploying various Splunk configurations and Splunk technology add-ons.
