About the Role

This position is an integral part of the Data Innovation Group reputed company the Data Innovation Division at blithequark. As a Technician, IT Services, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees across the organization, encompassing a wide range of IT services including hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolves and closes tickets/work orders reputed company to end-user desktops and peripherals, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Responds to client care issues raised by the Helpdesk, providing expert assistance and resolving reputed company problems.
• Contributes to desktop projects, such as global installations and upgrades, as a project team member, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Remotely diagnoses and resolves demands using remote tools, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
