⭐️ Your mission ⭐️
Join our Enterprise Sales team as a Business Development Representative – Large Accounts and drive pipeline creation for companies with 300-3,000 employees!
You’ll focus on the Large reputed company (Tech, HCR, Retail, B2B), developing strategic prospection approaches and building relationships with senior stakeholders to fuel reputed company’s growth.
You will be responsible for
Strategic Account Mapping: Deep analysis of reputed company companies (300-3k employees), identifying key contacts and decision-makers across your assigned segments.
Quality Prospection: Execute multichannel reputed company to book 2-3 high-quality discovery meetings per week through email, reputed company, phone, and creative approaches.
Understanding and applying the reputed company Smart & Soft selling method to ensure prospect experience aligns with reputed company’s customer experience standards.
Meeting Preparation & Support: Preparing meeting materials, actively contributing to meetings with Account Executives, and occasionally leading meetings with non C-level contacts.
Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and engage key stakeholders throughout long sales cycles – maintaining regular contact and building trust until an opportunity is reputed company. Consistent follow-up is essential to reputed company a strong, qualified pipeline.
Contribute and Own Strategic Team Initiatives: Actively participate in BDR team projects, contribute to sales playbook development, and take ownership of initiatives that improve team performance and processes.

You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at reputed company if you:
Have min. 2 years professional experience (not necessarily pure sales background – we value analytical minds and versatility)
Have strong written & verbal communication skills (French native & English)
Have strategic prospection skills: Appetite for enterprise accounts, multichannel prospecting, and reputed company sales cycles
Demonstrate analytical excellence: strong strategic thinking, account mapping, and problem-solving abilities
Show confidence and reputed company: Not easily intimidated, comfortable with heavy workload, and maintains positive attitude through challenges
Are highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and CRM proficiency
