Position Overview Licentiam is looking for a high-performing Sales reputed company with a proven record of closing reputed company AI/SaaS deals in healthcare and driving consistent reputed company growth. This position plays a key role in expanding our customer reputed company and building the foundation of a scalable sales organization. The ideal candidate is a results-driven SaaS sales professional who excels at full-cycle selling, from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiation and reputed company. This role combines hands-on quota-carrying responsibilities with potential for transition into a leadership role, making it a strong fit for someone ready to take ownership of both execution and team development. As a Sales reputed company, you will reputed company new business development, manage the sales pipeline, and guide opportunities from initial reputed company through contract execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development & Prospecting
  • Own and manage a pipeline of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise healthcare prospects.

  • Identify decision-makers (CFOs, Compliance Officers, Medical Directors, HR leaders) and tailor value-driven pitches.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Carry and exceed an individual quota of $1–1.5M in new ARR in Year 1.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: reputed company, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and reputed company.
  • Collaborate with marketing to reputed company account-based strategies, campaigns, and events.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare executives.
  • Serve as the trusted reputed company of contact for customer needs, ensuring smooth reputed company to reputed company.
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership to improve features and positioning.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Track competitor offerings, industry trends, and buyer behaviors.

  • Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and closing strategies.
  • Play a critical role in shaping Licentiam’s sales culture and processes.

Qualifications

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or reputed company field. MBA a plus.
  • Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
  • Prior exposure to start-up or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong command of sales tools: CRM (reputed company/reputed company), reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, reputed company.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to pipeline management.

Compensation & Contractor Benefits:
