This opportunity The Professional Recruiter will focus on direct hire business development and recruitment for Legal positions, and other professional placements and identify, select, and hire the “Best in Class” talent. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients and candidates to provide strategic hiring planning, processes, and reputed company by building a pipeline and delivering top talent on a national basis. Compensation includes a reputed company salary plus an industry leading commission plan. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for full-cycle business development including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by sending emails, distribution lists and cold calling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client reputed company and increase reputed company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Networks with business professionals and reputed company cold calling and email techniques to generate prospects and leads.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including research, requisition management, applicant screening, offer negotiations, offer management and closing, specifically focused on direct hire professional positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience (staffing highly preferred) including new account reputed company
• Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, preferably with an executive search agency
• Legal placement experience
• Experience recruiting for technicians and maintenance engineer positions a plus
• Proven ability to reputed company and build a pipeline of talent with various tools and resources
• Ability to reputed company and manage professional relationships at every level in the organization
• Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, identify buying signals, reputed company the deal
• Experience in negotiating placement fees
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
