Job Summary As a Senior Technical Product Engineer at reputed company, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation by working with cross-functional teams to identify and document APIs, reputed company experiments for automated test suites, and create documentation. You will be responsible for gathering, developing, planning, and maintaining business requirements for various projects and systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Business and IT teams to identify and document APIs, report requirements for APIs and API customers, reputed company experiments for automated test suites, and create documentation
• Gather, reputed company, plan, and maintain business requirements for various projects and systems from inception to final implementation
• Ensure requirements meet standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Assist in the development and maintenance of production systems/programs/applications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience developing requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites for APIs
• Demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies
• Excellent technical skills to apply relevant technical processes to suitable business needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently to reputed company outstanding results
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of project coordination and prior airline business experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and client focus
