Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are ready for scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services, and are proficient in reputed company Suite, reputed company, and dispatching software such as reputed company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments
• Coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
• Dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes
• Serving as the reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints
• Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Organizing and maintaining systems for documents, invoices, and client records
• Processing payments from customers and following up on overdue accounts as necessary
• Assisting in setting up and implementation of reputed company
• Additional responsibilities to support the growth of the company

Minimum Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in dispatching, preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company, and dispatching software such as reputed company
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and team members
