Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Investigate the nature of the incident being claimed, evaluating inspection reports, photos, and previous service invoices to determine the best course of action.
* Enter data detailing the events and damage reputed company to the incident, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
* Review the claim-holder's warranty to determine what should be covered, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
* Coordinate the services of mechanics to ensure that items are repaired, working closely with our network of trusted partners.
* Negotiate claim settlements with claimants, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and find mutually beneficial solutions.
* Meet performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality service and support to our customers.

Qualifications
* 1+ years prior experience in a similar role or call center experience is strongly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
