Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator / Entry Level (Remote), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Transferring data from reputed company formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
• Typing in data provided directly from customers with accuracy and attention to detail
• Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, utilizing your knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, reputed company, etc.)
• Verifying data by comparing it to reputed company documents, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of our digital database
• Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong understanding of data confidentiality principles
• Fast typing skills, with knowledge of the touch typing system strongly preferred
