Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Resolve Customer Inquiries: Successfully resolve reputed company customer service inquiries or issues reputed company incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 6+ Months of Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of experience reputed company a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage.

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Certification: Customer service certification or training, such as ICSS or HDI.
• Experience with Order Entry Systems: Experience with order entry systems and data entry.
• Multilingual: Multilingual or experience working with diverse customer populations.
