What You'll Do

As a Technical Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries * Providing top-tier support to reputed company customers with a goal of reputed company resolution * Educating customers on system installation/use and assisting in troubleshooting * Utilizing prior customer support experience to reputed company reputed company and happiness * Using problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns * Making outbound calls to reputed company customers to address issues, reputed company needed

Certification Requirements
