Job Summary

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients and callers, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process calls from patients, families, and medical providers, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with minimum requirements
