About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat Support Agent to provide critical assistance to our clients using chat tools, following our standard operating procedures. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile application, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile application, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS and Android operating systems, using diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse range of mobile device makes and models
  • Install client software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods
  • Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring that reputed company issues are properly documented and resolved
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile application developments and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve support and customer service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least one year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
  • OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise support to customers
  • Strong technical skills, with experience of troubleshooting and resolving issues in mobile applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with Jira, ITIL Certification, Agile and scrum methodology, and government work experience

Location: Denver, CO - REMOTE

Duration: 8 months with possible extensions

Work Schedule: Training Monday - Friday 9AM - 6 pm, 3 weeks of training. Tuesday through Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM Permanent schedule after training
