The Opportunity

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support reputed company inbound phone calls. This is a permanent work-from-home role that requires a unique reputed company of technical knowledge, communication skills, and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company PCP Change/Provider Lookup to assist members with healthcare provider information
• Look up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage
• Review Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, and more
• Process claims inquiries and resolve issues reputed company to member billing
• Answer enrollment/disenrollment inquiries and provide guidance on healthcare plans
• Address Grievances/Complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Handle billing-reputed company tasks, including making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries
• Manage LEP inquiries and disputes, ensuring timely resolution
• Assist with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs
• Provide self-help options, including guidance on member portal usage
• Offer local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist, enhancing the member experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 18 months of Call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting
• At least 2 years of Computer Experience in a work environment, demonstrating your ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information clearly
