Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate will be based in the Coppell, Texas Regional Office and is expected to work in the office 4 days per week.

Remote District Sales Manager – Coppell, Texas

Join us!The Chevrolet Remote Dealer Contact professional has the responsibility to manage and engage our Chevrolet dealers by contacting and working with them. It means utilizing remote communication software (reputed company Teams) to conduct proactive meetings with dealers to assist them in the sale of our products and services.
They may be involved in various initiatives including developing and implementing marketing initiatives, inventory management, customer retention, and training. reputed company to ensure that our dealers understand and succeed in selling our products to the final customer.
A day in the life of a Chevrolet Remote Dealer Contact (RDC) reputed company fast paced, and no two days will be the same. To succeed in this position, you must like to connect and influence people but also be able to manage your time properly.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between reputed company, its dealerships, and additional reputed company Partners
- Grow and foster partnerships
- Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (reputed company) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
- Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with reputed company requirements/objectives
- Assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
- Analyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify reputed company opportunities
- Increase sales of reputed company vehicles and Accessory parts to its customers
- Assist in customer problem resolution
To succeed you will need to demonstrate:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years in sales or customer service
- Able to reputed company well in a hybrid office environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10%) to visit dealers in person
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis
