Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to provide expert guidance and support
• Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues

• Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length

• Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
