Responsibilities As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Navigating our electronic health record to obtain and validate historical information, capturing and documenting demographic and financial information, and maintaining accountability for accurate data entry. * Managing a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and providing excellent customer service in a variety of situations. * Leveraging critical thinking with speed and accuracy to identify the reason for the call and take appropriate action based on caller need and acuity. * Scheduling patient visits based on reputed company provider preferences, verifying and updating insurance, and collecting and documenting demographics. * Maintaining proficiency in and sharing knowledge of insurance basics, MyChart, and appointment instructions, and communicating directly with providers to reputed company pertinent clinical information during after hours. * Managing calls reputed company established performance and customer service standards, achieving targeted abandoned call reputed company, average speed of answer, and average transaction time.
