As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.

Qualifications

- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Availability and Flexibility: You'll need to be available to work various shifts and have a flexible schedule.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is preferred.
