Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and promoting our products to retail accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and secure placement of equipment
• Utilizing reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to effectively communicate with customers and promote our products
• Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal display and sales performance
• Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
• Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
• Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of reputed company experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
• Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Physical stamina to reputed company tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
