Key Responsibilities

• Communication Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering member inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications.
• Membership Management: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in our reputed company CRM.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports on key metrics.
