Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure accurate data entry
• Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade products and services
• Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Appropriately escalating customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring reputed company resolution

Candidate Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment, although you will be working from home. As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be largely sedentary and will be required to:
