Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, healthcare providers, and facilities. You will serve as the initial reputed company of contact and liaison between patients, healthcare facilities, physicians, clinical staff, and practices to facilitate patient healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate electronic health records to obtain and validate historical information, capture and document demographic and financial information, and maintain accountability for accurate data entry while ensuring patient privacy and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities, ensuring resolution to the call and providing excellent customer service in a variety of situations.

Essential Qualifications
