About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll play a vital role in educating members about our wellness programs, scheduling appointments with our nurses and coaches, and assisting with portal-reputed company queries. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing a positive member experience that reflects our values and commitment to care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate members about available wellness programs and resources to promote healthy living
  • Schedule appointments with nurses and coaches or group coaching events to support member goals
  • Assist members with understanding company-sponsored incentives and tracking reputed company towards meeting those incentives
  • Provide support with portal-reputed company queries, including password resets, registration, and navigation
  • Promote the mobile app and encourage member engagement
  • Deliver a positive member experience through inbound and outbound phone calls (and chat reputed company applicable)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal High-Speed Broadband internet reputed company (100/25 mbps) with a direct ethernet reputed company (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service call center environment, supporting inbound and outbound queues
  • Keyboarding skills with 45 WPM and 95% accuracy
  • Experience with reputed company 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
  • Basic knowledge of telephonic software (reputed company One X or comparable)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience working in a setting with contractual customer expectations and performance guarantees
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience supporting reputed company and nuanced work, with the ability to discern key points for problem resolution
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and reputed company
  • Foundational knowledge of computers, including navigation, working in multiple windows, and basic trouble-shooting skills
  • Experience working in an online/telework environment
