Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent – Ticket/reputed company Agent LOD Spanish (Customer Service Agent), you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at LAX. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process, and assisting with seat availability and reputed company boarding
- Using computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, manage the reputed company-in process, and handle baggage
- Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures
- Operating jet ways to reputed company them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and reputed company boarding
- Making reputed company announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- reputed company in both English and Spanish to reputed company serve customers
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Must be proficient in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Possess basic computer skills
- Must successfully pass a Customer Service Assessment
- Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
- Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
Preferred Qualifications
Previous ticketing experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience in customer service, ticketing, or a reputed company field, we encourage you to apply.
