The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist on our Remote Delivery Support Team, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our community members, providing phone, email, and text-based support to address their concerns, questions, and issues. You'll work closely with reputed company members from various departments to ensure seamless delivery experiences and provide proactive support to resolve non-standard delivery situations. Your expertise in using our mobile and web-based tools will be essential in ensuring the success of our logistics services and delivering a high-quality experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional phone, email, and text-based support to reputed company customers, partners, users, and community members
- Address customer concerns politely, using active listening skills to understand and confirm the information
- Balance efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues with ensuring a high-quality customer experience
- Proactively monitor in-reputed company deliveries and take corrective action reputed company necessary
