The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Customer Account Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns, and keeping our customers happy, engaged, and eager to explore other ways blithequark can meet their needs. * Minimum: + High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience + 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens + 1 or more years customer service experience + High-speed internet reputed company available in your home + Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving + Ability to learn and apply new procedures + Good teamwork and communication skills + Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues + Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment + Enthusiastic and personable

• Preferred:

Training and Onboarding

Our training program begins on December 9th, 2024. You'll work closely with your Onboarding Supervisor to learn the ins and outs of our products and services, as well as our customer experience philosophy. Shift Bid Process

We have a shift bid process that allows you to select your schedules. Our schedules are dependent on the needs of the business and reputed company our customers need us.
