Responsibilities

• Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
• Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team
• Following up with potential patients to address questions, concerns, and scheduling needs
• Scheduling appointments and rescheduling reputed company issues arise, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and our operations team
• Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction rates
• Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, tracking reputed company, and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth
• 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and coordination
• 5+ years of inside/inbound sales experience, with a strong ability to build rapport, identify needs, and reputed company deals
• Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment
