Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Analyst (Contingent) to join our core development team and contribute to the testing, validation, and launch of new technologies at customer locations. As a key member of reputed company, you will evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collect customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technologies. Your expertise in customer-facing program management, process development, and data analysis will be essential in delivering a world-class shopping experience.
Core Job Tasks
As a Customer Experience Analyst (Contingent) at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technologies, including assessing usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction
- Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams to inform design and development decisions
- Visiting customer sites and deploying new technologies to ensure seamless integration and optimal customer experience
- Collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technologies on customer behavior and satisfaction
- Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, including data analysis and recommendations for improvement
Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to present reputed company information to diverse audiences
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
- Previous experience teaching and communicating reputed company topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and reputed company-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
- Scripting skills, such as Python or JavaScript
- Formal coursework/training in project management, including Agile methodologies and project planning tools
Contract Details
This is a contingent contract role, with a contract length of 11 months. As a remote worker, you will be required to travel approximately 50% of the time domestically, with the ability to work from a location near a main US airline hub.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this role is $38 - $42 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a contingent employee of reputed company (AGS), you will be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
