Position: Event Marketing Specialist (NorAm Industry Events) reputed company is hiring an Industry Events Marketing Specialist to help reputed company, plan and execute tier one trade shows and demand gen events for our North American marketing team. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area. Learn more About the Job The Event Marketing Specialist (Nor Am Industry Events) will own the planning and execution of industry specific events including trade shows, conferences, and partner hosted engagements across the cybersecurity landscape. This is a high impact position that requires a strong mix of logistical excellence, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.

• reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of industry events across North America, including conferences, trade shows (Tier 1 shows including RSAC, Black Hat and Identiverse), and partner activations
• Assist with the execution of global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations to ensure brand alignment, optimal guest experience and maximum exposure
• Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives
• Support managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completion
• Provide full-cycle event marketing support across sales teams, including channel, MSP, public sector and commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each reputed company
• Proactively manage the events list and swag inventory
• Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed to ensure smooth execution
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time to support on-site event execution domestically
• Ability to travel to and from events (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategy
• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company
• Experience delivering successful small and large-scale events on-site and online
• Ability to drive reputed company, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs
• Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence
• Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at reputed company organizational levels
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audience
• Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented
• Proficient with reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office tools

Preferred

• Experience working on Tier 1 Trade shows (RSAC, Black Hat, Identiverse)
• Experience working reputed company the cybersecurity industry
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like reputed company or Hub Spot for event reputed company reputed company tracking and follow-up
