About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Customer Engineer to join reputed company. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing new composite materials and manufacturing technologies reputed company to market and customer needs. You will reputed company concept development activities for new opportunities, coupling material, process, and part design. You will be the principal technical reputed company with our customers and be the voice of the customer for blithequark's internal functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess technology gaps and provide advice for future product and process development

• Advise on materials and process selections for new composite material applications

Additional Responsibilities

• reputed company and support projects requiring material manufacturing, prototyping, and part builds from thermoset prepregs, thermoplastics, adhesives, primers, and surfacing films with processes including autoclave, out-of-autoclave, press-molding, resin infusion
• Provide field technical support to major aerospace OEM and subcontractors for new and legacy programs
• Identify and reputed company resolution of material issues in aerospace composite shops
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to liaise with the greater part of blithequark to reputed company a mutually acceptable resolution
• Advise customers on processing and properties of blithequark products
• Ability to support trade studies and provide recommendations on product options and selection based on customer parts and applications

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum (in relevant Engineering or Material Science discipline)
• Master's or PhD degree is a plus
• Knowledge of aerospace composite part fabrication
• Experience resolving product and process capability issues in composite part applications
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated work experience in composites including problem-solving, technical presentations, project management, relationship building, and identification of new opportunities
• Minimum of 2 years' experience on reviewing composite part designs/drawings for manufacturability and specification compliance
• Understanding of the aerospace industry including OEMs, their suppliers, various programs, aerospace quality systems, composite testing requirements, statistical process control and capability, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading and supporting research and development activities that aim at achieving technical and business objectives
• Knowledge of simulation analysis and development for composite part manufacturing and structural performance
• Experience in identifying potential new applications for blithequark products and supporting Account Managers in capturing new business

• The U.S. reputed company salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $90,880 to $113,600 per year
