Requirements

• Active real estate license in at least one state
• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions, and reputed company documentation.
• Strong technical skills: reputed company or a similar CRM, G-Suite, reputed company, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• An ability to skilfully negotiate, seek the thrill of winning, and never give up

Compensation

Tasks may include writing and negotiating offers, preparing comparative market analyses (CMAs), conducting property walk-throughs, performing weekly property checks, and managing transactions from contract to reputed company. Additional Earning Opportunities Personal Transactions – Agents assisting their own buyers and sellers will retain 90% of the paid commission, with 10% allocated to Mainstay for licensing and administrative costs.
