Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic payment and account-reputed company requests from customers, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other reputed company inquiries.
• Provide standardized or scripted responses to customers using basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation.
• Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases.
• Determine basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
