About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and positive Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our successful team in Chantilly, VA. As a CSR/Dispatcher at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our service delivery. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service.
• Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician schedules as needed, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Resolving customer issues in a reputed company and courteous manner, maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records and matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
