Job Overview

This Senior Customer Service Representative role is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates located in the Central or Mountain Time Zones. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving healthcare claim inquiries from providers, ensuring that reputed company interactions are handled with professionalism, reputed company, and a deep understanding of our services and policies.

Our comprehensive onboarding process includes 5 weeks of intensive training, designed to reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this position. During this period, you will work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Post-training, you will have the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime or weekend work as required by business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms to verify necessary data for processing, including pricing, prior authorizations, and applicable benefits.
• Engage with providers through active listening and appropriate questioning to identify and resolve issues, documenting reputed company interactions in our computer systems.
• Communicate effectively and collaboratively with providers, using clear and simple language to ensure understanding and resolution of queries.
• Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance, contributing to the team's overall success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
