As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador for our client's utilities services, providing top-notch support to customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and correspondence. Your primary goal will be to deliver excellent customer service, create sustainable value, and simplify the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and needs, building a rapport that makes them feel heard and cared for.

• Have open availability between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday Central Standard Time (Training hours may vary).
• Exhibit a professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
